By submitting Listing content, Sellers grant MRNMarket a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to use that content for operating, promoting, improving, securing, supporting, and enforcing the Platform and MRNMarket policies.


MRNMarket may monitor fulfillment rate, on-time shipment, valid tracking, delivery performance, cancellation rate, refund rate, return rate, chargeback rate, dispute rate, Buyer complaints, Listing accuracy, communication quality, Product quality, and policy compliance.


Poor performance may result in Listing restrictions, payout review, account limitations, suspension, termination, or other Enforcement Actions.


Yes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sellers agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless MRNMarket for claims arising from Seller Products, Listings, content, warranties, Product defects, personal injury, delivery issues, refunds, taxes, intellectual property, privacy violations, legal violations, misconduct, or disputes.


MRNMarket may issue warnings, request information, remove Listings, restrict visibility, limit features, restrict communications, cancel Orders, require refunds, review payouts, hold or offset payouts, restrict Accounts, suspend Accounts, terminate Accounts, reverse commissions, report to authorities or third parties, preserve records, or take other permitted actions.

No. MRNMarket may use manual and automated tools to support verification, fraud prevention, sanctions screening, AML review, transaction monitoring, and risk assessment, but does not guarantee that all fraud, suspicious activity, sanctions risk, AML risk, prohibited activity, illegal activity, or policy violations will be detected, prevented, blocked, reported, or resolved.


If a court determines that the class action waiver is unenforceable for a particular claim or remedy, that claim or remedy may be severed and handled in court to the extent required by law, while remaining arbitrable claims proceed in arbitration where permitted.


No. MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider severity, risk, history, evidence, intent, legal obligations, operational needs, and platform integrity.
