1. Purpose of This Policy
This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, adjustments, cancellations, refund review, return review, and related disputes may be handled for Orders placed through MRNMarket.
This Policy is intended to support fair marketplace transactions, Buyer confidence, Seller accountability, fraud prevention, and consistent platform-level review.
This Policy does not guarantee refund approval, return approval, replacement approval, exchange approval, chargeback outcome, delivery outcome, Seller performance, Product quality, or dispute outcome.
2. Important Marketplace Role Notice
MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.
Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:
For most third-party Listings, the Buyer contracts directly with the independent Seller or Service Provider, and the Seller or Service Provider is responsible for Product quality, fulfillment, refunds, returns, warranties, taxes, Product compliance, and legal obligations.
MRNMarket may provide platform-level refund review, return review, dispute support, payment review support, delivery confirmation review, and administrative assistance. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller Products, Seller conduct, Product condition, delivery performance, Seller warranties, Payment Processor outcomes, carrier decisions, or other third-party actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

16. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items
If a Product arrives damaged, defective, missing major parts, incomplete, or wrong, the Buyer should report the issue within the applicable review period.

17. Item Not Delivered
If a Buyer claims that an item was not delivered, MRNMarket may review:
A non-delivery claim may be denied if reliable evidence shows delivery to the Buyer’s provided address or pickup completion under applicable delivery terms.
18. Significantly Not as Described
A Product may be considered significantly not as described if it materially differs from the Listing in a way that affects Product identity, condition, quantity, specifications, authenticity, or essential features.

Minor differences, subjective dissatisfaction, color variations caused by screens, packaging differences, or issues clearly disclosed in the Listing may not qualify.

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback, MRNMarket may suspend platform-level refund or dispute review for the same Transaction while the chargeback is pending.
Chargebacks may be governed by Payment Processor rules, card network rules, bank procedures, evidence review, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.
Abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in Account restrictions, loss of access, dispute denial, or recovery of applicable chargeback-related costs where permitted by applicable law, Payment Processor rules, card network rules, and MRNMarket policies.
21. Payment Review and Holds
Refunds, payouts, settlements, or related amounts may be subject to review, hold, delay, reserve, restriction, offset, reversal, or release procedures where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules.
Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds may be used for delivery confirmation, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, dispute review, compliance review, sanctions screening, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, account verification, legal requirements, Payment Processor requirements, or platform risk management.
Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.
22. Abusive Refund or Return Conduct
Users must not abuse refund, return, exchange, cancellation, Buyer Protection, dispute, chargeback, or support processes.
Abusive conduct may include:
Abusive conduct may result in refund denial, return denial, dispute denial, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, payout review, chargeback response, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.
23. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for:

25. Platform-Level Decisions
MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions regarding refund eligibility, return requirements, refund amounts, delivery confirmation, dispute outcome, payout review, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, account restrictions, or policy enforcement.
MRNMarket may consider:
A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.
MRNMarket may revise, reverse, or supplement a refund or return decision if new evidence, fraud indicators, Payment Processor information, legal requirements, or policy considerations arise.
26. No Guarantee
MRNMarket may provide refund and return review, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:

27. Relationship With Other Policies
This Policy should be read together with:
