1. Purpose of This Policy

This Refund & Return Policy explains how refunds, returns, exchanges, credits, adjustments, cancellations, refund review, return review, and related disputes may be handled for Orders placed through MRNMarket.

This Policy is intended to support fair marketplace transactions, Buyer confidence, Seller accountability, fraud prevention, and consistent platform-level review.

This Policy does not guarantee refund approval, return approval, replacement approval, exchange approval, chargeback outcome, delivery outcome, Seller performance, Product quality, or dispute outcome.

2. Important Marketplace Role Notice

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

  1. the Seller;
  2. the manufacturer;
  3. the supplier;
  4. the warehouse operator;
  5. the carrier;
  6. the delivery company;
  7. the importer of record;
  8. the exporter of record;
  9. the customs broker;
  10. the Merchant of Record;
  11. a bank;
  12. a money transmitter;
  13. a licensed escrow provider;
  14. a payment processor;
  15. a financial institution;
  16. a legal adviser;
  17. a tax adviser; or
  18. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

For most third-party Listings, the Buyer contracts directly with the independent Seller or Service Provider, and the Seller or Service Provider is responsible for Product quality, fulfillment, refunds, returns, warranties, taxes, Product compliance, and legal obligations.

MRNMarket may provide platform-level refund review, return review, dispute support, payment review support, delivery confirmation review, and administrative assistance. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for Seller Products, Seller conduct, Product condition, delivery performance, Seller warranties, Payment Processor outcomes, carrier decisions, or other third-party actions, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Listings.

3. Scope of This Policy

This Policy may apply to:

  1. refund requests;
  2. return requests;
  3. exchange requests;
  4. order cancellations;
  5. Buyer Protection claims;
  6. damaged item claims;
  7. missing item claims;
  8. wrong item claims;
  9. item not received claims;
  10. significantly not as described claims;
  11. chargebacks;
  12. payment reversals;
  13. payout review;
  14. Seller performance review;
  15. and related disputes.

This Policy applies to Buyers, Sellers, Service Providers, and other Users involved in Orders, refunds, returns, or related marketplace activity.

4. General Refund and Return Principles

Refund and return eligibility depends on:

  1. the Product or Service type;
  2. Seller policy;
  3. Listing terms;
  4. Order status;
  5. delivery status;
  6. return timing;
  7. item condition;
  8. evidence provided;
  9. Buyer conduct;
  10. Seller conduct;
  11. Payment Processor rules;
  12. card network rules;
  13. bank procedures;
  14. Buyer Protection Policy;
  15. applicable MRNMarket policies; and
  16. applicable law.

MRNMarket may approve, deny, reduce, delay, condition, or review refunds and returns based on available evidence, policy requirements, third-party rules, and applicable law.

Nothing in this Policy limits Consumer Rights that cannot legally be waived.

5. Eligible Refund or Return Reasons

A refund, return, exchange, replacement, credit, or adjustment may be considered where:

  1. the Seller fails to ship within the stated handling time;
  2. the Product is not delivered;
  3. the Product is materially different from the Listing;
  4. the wrong item is delivered;
  5. the Product arrives damaged;
  6. the Product is incomplete or missing major parts;
  7. the Product is defective where covered by policy or law;
  8. the Seller agrees to a return or refund;
  9. the applicable Seller policy allows return;
  10. the applicable Buyer Protection Policy applies;
  11. MRNMarket Official Store terms apply;
  12. applicable law requires a refund or return; or
  13. another reason qualifies under MRNMarket policies.

Eligibility is not automatic and may require review.

6. Ineligible or Limited Refund and Return Reasons

Refunds or returns may be denied, limited, delayed, or conditioned where:

  1. the claim is filed after the applicable review period;
  2. the claim is unsupported by evidence;
  3. the Product was accurately described;
  4. the issue is minor or cosmetic and does not materially affect the Product;
  5. the Buyer changed their mind and the Seller policy does not allow returns;
  6. the Product was used beyond reasonable inspection;
  7. the Product was damaged, altered, or misused by the Buyer;
  8. required accessories, packaging, parts, manuals, or documents are missing;
  9. the Buyer refuses or fails to return the Product where required;
  10. the Buyer provides an incorrect or incomplete delivery address;
  11. the Buyer refuses delivery or fails to pick up the package;
  12. customs, import, export, legal, or delivery restrictions prevent delivery;
  13. the Product is prohibited or unlawfully purchased;
  14. the Transaction occurred outside MRNMarket;
  15. fraud, abuse, or bad faith is suspected;
  16. a chargeback is pending or resolved through a third party;
  17. the Seller policy excludes the return where permitted by law;
  18. or another exclusion applies under MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Some Products or Services may be non-returnable unless required by applicable law or expressly allowed by the Seller or MRNMarket policy.

Non-returnable items may include:

  1. digital products after access, download, use, or delivery;
  2. customized, personalized, or made-to-order items;
  3. perishable goods;
  4. hygiene, health, or personal care items after opening or use;
  5. sealed items opened after delivery where return is restricted;
  6. intimate or sanitary goods;
  7. hazardous materials;
  8. regulated products;
  9. products with legal or safety restrictions;
  10. services already performed;
  11. event, booking, or time-based services;
  12. clearance or final sale items where lawfully disclosed;
  13. products damaged or altered after delivery;
  14. and other items identified as non-returnable in the Listing, Seller policy, or MRNMarket policy.

Nothing in this section limits non-waivable Consumer Rights.

8. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, the Buyer should submit a request through the Platform or contact MRNMarket support within the applicable review period.

The Buyer may be required to provide:

  1. Order number;
  2. written explanation of the issue;
  3. photos or videos;
  4. delivery tracking information;
  5. packaging photos;
  6. product photos;
  7. communication records;
  8. proof of payment where applicable;
  9. return tracking where applicable;
  10. and other evidence reasonably requested by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may request information from the Seller, Payment Processor, carrier, Delivery Partner, or other relevant parties.

Failure to provide required information may result in delay, denial, or closure of the refund request.

9. Return Request Process

If return is required or requested, the Buyer must follow all return instructions provided by MRNMarket, the Seller, or applicable policy.

Return instructions may include:

  1. return address;
  2. return deadline;
  3. required shipping method;
  4. tracking requirement;
  5. packaging requirements;
  6. condition requirements;
  7. documentation requirements;
  8. and confirmation procedures.

Unless another policy or applicable law provides otherwise, the Buyer should not return the Product before receiving return instructions.

Unauthorized returns may be delayed, denied, lost, refused, or not eligible for refund where permitted by law and policy.

10. Return Condition Requirements

Returned Products must comply with applicable return condition requirements.

Unless another policy or applicable law provides otherwise, returned Products should be:

  1. in original or required condition;
  2. complete with accessories, parts, manuals, labels, and documents where applicable;
  3. not damaged beyond the reported issue;
  4. not altered, substituted, or tampered with;
  5. not used beyond reasonable inspection;
  6. packaged safely for return shipping;
  7. returned using required tracking where applicable; and
  8. shipped within the required return period.

Items returned damaged, incomplete, altered, substituted, used beyond reasonable inspection, missing required accessories, or not returned as instructed may result in reduced refund, refund denial, dispute denial, or other Enforcement Action where permitted by law and policy.

11. Return Shipping Costs

Responsibility for return shipping may depend on:

  1. reason for return;
  2. Seller policy;
  3. Listing terms;
  4. Buyer Protection Policy;
  5. Product condition;
  6. evidence review;
  7. whether the Product was damaged, defective, wrong, missing parts, or materially not as described;
  8. Buyer remorse;
  9. carrier requirements;
  10. Payment Processor rules;
  11. applicable law; and
  12. MRNMarket policies.

Where permitted by law and policy, return shipping costs may be deducted from refunds or may be the Buyer’s responsibility.

Where the Seller is responsible under applicable policy or law, the Seller may be required to provide return instructions, return label, reimbursement, or another approved resolution.

12. Refund Amounts

Approved refunds may be full or partial depending on the circumstances.

Refund amount may be affected by:

  1. Product price;
  2. shipping charges;
  3. taxes;
  4. duties;
  5. discounts;
  6. coupons;
  7. promotional credits;
  8. return condition;
  9. missing parts or accessories;
  10. use beyond inspection;
  11. damage;
  12. restocking fees where lawfully disclosed and permitted;
  13. return shipping costs;
  14. Payment Processor rules;
  15. Seller policy;
  16. applicable law; and
  17. MRNMarket policies.

Approved refunds generally will not exceed the amount paid by the Buyer for the affected Product or Service unless otherwise required by applicable law or a controlling policy.

13. Refund Timing

Refund timing is not guaranteed.

Refund timing may depend on:

  1. refund approval;
  2. return delivery;
  3. return inspection;
  4. Payment Processor processing;
  5. bank processing;
  6. card network processing;
  7. digital wallet processing;
  8. dispute review;
  9. chargeback review;
  10. fraud review;
  11. compliance review;
  12. Seller response;
  13. platform-level decision;
  14. and applicable law.

Refunds may appear at different times depending on the Buyer’s bank, card issuer, digital wallet, or Payment Processor.

14. Exchanges and Replacements

Exchanges or replacements may be available where permitted by the Seller, MRNMarket policy, or applicable law.

Availability may depend on:

  1. Product availability;
  2. Seller approval;
  3. Product condition;
  4. return completion;
  5. evidence review;
  6. shipping feasibility;
  7. legal restrictions;
  8. payment processor rules;
  9. and applicable policies.

MRNMarket does not guarantee exchange or replacement availability unless required by applicable law or expressly stated in a controlling policy.

15. Order Cancellations

Order cancellation may be available before shipment, before Seller acceptance, or under other circumstances allowed by MRNMarket policies, Seller policy, or applicable law.

Cancellation may be denied if:

  1. the Order has already shipped;
  2. the Product is customized or made-to-order;
  3. the Service has already started or been completed;
  4. the Seller policy lawfully restricts cancellation;
  5. fraud or abuse is suspected;
  6. Payment Processor rules restrict cancellation;
  7. or applicable law permits denial.

If an Order is canceled, refund timing may depend on Payment Processor, bank, card network, digital wallet, or financial institution processing.

16. Damaged, Defective, Missing, or Wrong Items

If a Product arrives damaged, defective, missing major parts, incomplete, or wrong, the Buyer should report the issue within the applicable review period.

The Buyer may be required to provide:

  1. photos or videos of the Product;
  2. photos of packaging;
  3. photos of shipping label;
  4. description of the issue;
  5. Order number;
  6. delivery date;
  7. tracking information;
  8. and other evidence requested by MRNMarket.

MRNMarket may review the issue under this Policy, the Buyer Protection Policy, Delivery Confirmation Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, and other applicable policies.

17. Item Not Delivered

If a Buyer claims that an item was not delivered, MRNMarket may review:

  1. tracking records;
  2. proof of delivery;
  3. delivery address;
  4. Buyer communications;
  5. Seller communications;
  6. carrier communications;
  7. delivery partner records;
  8. customs or import records;
  9. pickup records;
  10. fraud indicators;
  11. account history;
  12. and other evidence.

A non-delivery claim may be denied if reliable evidence shows delivery to the Buyer’s provided address or pickup completion under applicable delivery terms.

18. Significantly Not as Described

A Product may be considered significantly not as described if it materially differs from the Listing in a way that affects Product identity, condition, quantity, specifications, authenticity, or essential features.

Examples may include:

  1. wrong item delivered;
  2. wrong size, model, variation, or quantity;
  3. missing major parts or accessories;
  4. materially different condition;
  5. materially different specifications;
  6. counterfeit item where authenticity was represented;
  7. or Product not matching key Listing claims.

Minor differences, subjective dissatisfaction, color variations caused by screens, packaging differences, or issues clearly disclosed in the Listing may not qualify.

19. Services and Digital Products

Refunds for Services or digital Products may be limited due to the nature of the offering.

Refund eligibility may depend on:

  1. whether the Service has started;
  2. whether the Service has been completed;
  3. whether digital access was provided;
  4. whether a download or use occurred;
  5. Seller policy;
  6. Listing terms;
  7. applicable law;
  8. evidence of non-performance;
  9. and MRNMarket policies.

20. Chargebacks

Buyers may have rights to dispute payments through banks, card networks, digital wallets, or Payment Processors.

If a Buyer initiates a chargeback, MRNMarket may suspend platform-level refund or dispute review for the same Transaction while the chargeback is pending.

Chargebacks may be governed by Payment Processor rules, card network rules, bank procedures, evidence review, MRNMarket policies, and applicable law.

Abusive, fraudulent, duplicate, or bad-faith chargebacks may result in Account restrictions, loss of access, dispute denial, or recovery of applicable chargeback-related costs where permitted by applicable law, Payment Processor rules, card network rules, and MRNMarket policies.

21. Payment Review and Holds

Refunds, payouts, settlements, or related amounts may be subject to review, hold, delay, reserve, restriction, offset, reversal, or release procedures where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds may be used for delivery confirmation, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, dispute review, compliance review, sanctions screening, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, account verification, legal requirements, Payment Processor requirements, or platform risk management.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket acts as a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser.

22. Abusive Refund or Return Conduct

Users must not abuse refund, return, exchange, cancellation, Buyer Protection, dispute, chargeback, or support processes.

Abusive conduct may include:

  1. false claims;
  2. duplicate claims;
  3. altered evidence;
  4. false non-delivery claims;
  5. false damage claims;
  6. false missing item claims;
  7. returning a different item;
  8. returning an altered item;
  9. returning a damaged item unrelated to the claim;
  10. using the Product before return beyond reasonable inspection;
  11. refusing to return where required;
  12. filing claims after the review period;
  13. using chargebacks to bypass Platform review;
  14. threatening or harassing Sellers, Buyers, carriers, Delivery Partners, or MRNMarket staff;
  15. or otherwise acting in bad faith.

Abusive conduct may result in refund denial, return denial, dispute denial, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, payout review, chargeback response, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

23. Seller Responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for:

  1. complying with refund and return obligations;
  2. providing accurate return policies where applicable;
  3. honoring applicable warranties and legal obligations;
  4. responding to refund and return requests;
  5. providing return instructions where required;
  6. reviewing returned Products reasonably;
  7. issuing or supporting refunds where required;
  8. complying with Buyer Protection decisions where applicable;
  9. cooperating with chargeback, dispute, and payment review;
  10. and complying with MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

Failure to comply may affect Seller performance, payout review, Listing visibility, Account status, or other Enforcement Actions.

24. Buyer Responsibilities

Buyers are responsible for:

  1. reviewing Listings and Seller policies before purchase;
  2. submitting refund or return requests within the applicable review period;
  3. providing accurate evidence;
  4. preserving Product and packaging where relevant;
  5. returning Products where required;
  6. using tracked shipping where required;
  7. not using Products beyond reasonable inspection before return;
  8. communicating honestly;
  9. avoiding duplicate or abusive claims;
  10. complying with MRNMarket policies; and
  11. complying with applicable law.

Failure to comply may result in refund denial, return denial, dispute denial, or other Enforcement Action.

25. Platform-Level Decisions

MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions regarding refund eligibility, return requirements, refund amounts, delivery confirmation, dispute outcome, payout review, Seller performance, Buyer conduct, account restrictions, or policy enforcement.

MRNMarket may consider:

  1. Buyer evidence;
  2. Seller evidence;
  3. carrier evidence;
  4. Payment Processor information;
  5. Platform records;
  6. Listing terms;
  7. communications;
  8. return condition;
  9. inspection results;
  10. account history;
  11. fraud indicators;
  12. legal requirements;
  13. and applicable policies.

A Platform-Level Decision is not a court judgment, arbitral award, or legal determination of liability.

MRNMarket may revise, reverse, or supplement a refund or return decision if new evidence, fraud indicators, Payment Processor information, legal requirements, or policy considerations arise.

26. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide refund and return review, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. refund approval;
  2. return approval;
  3. replacement approval;
  4. exchange approval;
  5. chargeback success;
  6. delivery success;
  7. Seller performance;
  8. Product quality;
  9. Payment Processor decisions;
  10. carrier decisions;
  11. dispute outcomes;
  12. or detection of all fraud, abuse, or prohibited activity.

Each request depends on the facts, evidence, policies, third-party rules, and applicable law.

27. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  1. Terms & Conditions;
  2. Buyer Agreement;
  3. Seller Agreement;
  4. Buyer Protection Policy;
  5. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
  6. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
  7. Payment & Payout Policy;
  8. Payment Review and Release Policy;
  9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy;
  10. Acceptable Use Policy;
  11. Prohibited Products Policy;
  12. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  13. Definitions Policy; and
  14. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

28. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Refund & Return Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, refund processes, return processes, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
