Before you create an MRNMarket Seller Account, please carefully read and understand the Seller Agreement, Seller Terms & Conditions, Seller Verification requirements, Privacy Policy, and other applicable MRNMarket policies governing your use of the Platform.

By proceeding with Seller registration, you acknowledge that your use of MRNMarket is subject to these documents, including requirements relating to seller verification, product listings, product authenticity, pricing, orders, payments, fulfillment, shipping, returns and refunds, seller performance, prohibited products, intellectual property, account security, privacy, and compliance.

MRNMarket operates as a marketplace platform connecting Sellers with Buyers. Unless otherwise expressly agreed or identified as an MRNMarket Official Store product, Sellers are generally responsible for the products they list, including product accuracy, availability, quality, fulfillment, shipping, customer service, returns, refunds, and compliance with applicable laws and MRNMarket policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate business and product information, maintaining your account security, complying with verification requirements, and ensuring that all products and services you offer through MRNMarket are lawful and permitted on the Platform.

Please take the time to read the applicable documents carefully before continuing. Your rights and obligations may depend on these documents and the nature of your transactions. Nothing in MRNMarket policies is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
