Our Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a product or service is expressly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is not the seller, buyer, manufacturer, supplier, importer, exporter, carrier, warehouse operator, merchant of record, payment processor, bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, financial adviser, tax adviser, or legal adviser.

Independent sellers are responsible for their own products, listings, prices, descriptions, fulfillment, delivery obligations, warranties, taxes, legal compliance, and customer obligations, except where applicable law or a specific MRNMarket policy provides otherwise.

Phase-1 Pilot Program

MRNMarket may operate certain services through a controlled Phase-1 pilot program.

During this stage, access to the Platform and certain features may be limited, restricted, tested, changed, suspended, or expanded over time.

The Phase-1 pilot may include limits on:

1. user registration;
2. seller approval;
3. buyer participation;
4. product categories;
5. transaction values;
6. payment review and release procedures;
7. delivery methods;

The purpose of the Phase-1 pilot is to test operational reliability, platform rules, seller performance, delivery confirmation procedures, payment review processes, and user support systems before broader expansion.

Participation in any pilot program is not guaranteed. MRNMarket may approve, reject, suspend, limit, or terminate pilot participation in accordance with its policies and applicable law.

Payment Review and Release

MRNMarket may support transaction review, delivery confirmation, refund review, payout review, and dispute support procedures through the Platform.

Payments, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, reserves, and related payment activities may be processed by approved third-party payment processors, banks, card networks, digital wallets, or other financial service providers.

Where permitted by applicable law and payment processor rules, certain payments or payouts may be subject to temporary review, hold, delay, reserve, or release procedures for reasons including delivery confirmation, fraud prevention, chargeback risk, compliance review, dispute review, seller performance, or account verification.

MRNMarket is not a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, or financial institution. Any payment review, payout delay, refund review, or release procedure does not mean that MRNMarket provides escrow, banking, money transmission, or financial advisory services.

Payment timing and outcomes may depend on applicable law, platform policies, payment processor rules, financial institutions, card networks, user banks, seller performance, buyer conduct, delivery evidence, and dispute review results.

Buyer and Seller Support
