1. Purpose of These Standards

These Seller Performance Standards explain the performance expectations that Sellers must meet when listing, selling, fulfilling, shipping, supporting, or providing Products or Services through MRNMarket.

These Standards are intended to support:

  1. Buyer trust;
  2. marketplace reliability;
  3. fair competition;
  4. accurate Listings;
  5. timely fulfillment;
  6. delivery reliability;
  7. refund and return compliance;
  8. dispute reduction;
  9. fraud prevention;
  10. product quality;
  11. platform integrity; and
  12. responsible seller growth.

These Standards do not guarantee Seller visibility, ranking, sales, payout timing, continued access, or any specific business outcome.

2. Scope

These Standards apply to:

  1. Sellers;
  2. Service Providers acting as Sellers;
  3. store owners;
  4. brands;
  5. resellers;
  6. suppliers;
  7. Seller representatives;
  8. and any User listing, selling, fulfilling, or providing Products or Services through the Platform.

These Standards should be read together with the Seller Agreement, Listing Policy, Prohibited Products Policy, Seller Verification Policy, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Delivery Confirmation Policy, Refund & Return Policy, Buyer Protection Policy, Payment & Payout Policy, Communication Policy, Acceptable Use Policy, Platform Rules & Governance Policy, and other applicable MRNMarket policies.

3. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not the Seller, manufacturer, supplier, warehouse operator, carrier, delivery company, importer of record, exporter of record, customs broker, Merchant of Record, bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, tax adviser, legal adviser, or party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and Seller.

Sellers remain responsible for their Products, Services, Listings, pricing, fulfillment, shipping, delivery obligations, warranties, refunds, returns, Product compliance, taxes, Buyer communications, customer obligations, and legal compliance.

4. Core Seller Expectations

Sellers are expected to:

  1. provide accurate Listings;
  2. sell lawful and compliant Products or Services;
  3. maintain accurate inventory;
  4. price honestly;
  5. ship within stated handling times;
  6. provide valid tracking where required;
  7. package Products properly;
  8. respond to Buyers and MRNMarket promptly;
  9. comply with refund, return, cancellation, and dispute obligations;
  10. protect Buyer Personal Data;
  11. avoid fraud, abuse, and manipulation;
  12. comply with payment, payout, tax, sanctions, AML, customs, and product compliance requirements;
  13. maintain required documentation;
  14. and comply with all applicable MRNMarket policies and laws.

5. Listing Accuracy Standard

Sellers must ensure that Listings are accurate, complete, lawful, and not misleading.

Listings should accurately describe:

  1. Product or Service;
  2. brand;
  3. model;
  4. condition;
  5. quantity;
  6. specifications;
  7. compatibility;
  8. price;
  9. availability;
  10. handling time;
  11. delivery terms;
  12. return terms;
  13. warranty information;
  14. restrictions;
  15. safety information;
  16. and other material terms.

Poor Listing accuracy may result in Buyer complaints, refund review, Listing restriction, reduced visibility, payout review, or Account action.

6. Product Quality and Compliance Standard

Sellers must provide Products and Services that match the Listing and comply with applicable law.

Sellers must not sell Products or Services that are:

  1. illegal;
  2. unsafe;
  3. counterfeit;
  4. stolen;
  5. infringing;
  6. recalled;
  7. defective without disclosure;
  8. materially not as described;
  9. restricted without approval;
  10. regulated without required authorization;
  11. sanctioned;
  12. or otherwise prohibited.

Sellers are responsible for required licenses, permits, certifications, testing, labels, warnings, instructions, product safety documentation, and legal compliance.

7. Inventory and Availability Standard

Sellers must maintain accurate inventory and availability information.

Sellers should not accept Orders for Products or Services that are unavailable or cannot be fulfilled within the stated terms.

Sellers must promptly update or remove Listings if:

  1. inventory is unavailable;
  2. fulfillment is delayed;
  3. Product information changes;
  4. price changes;
  5. shipping terms change;
  6. restrictions apply;
  7. or the Seller can no longer fulfill Orders.

Excessive cancellations or unavailable inventory may affect Seller performance.

8. Handling Time and Fulfillment Standard

Sellers must ship or fulfill Orders within the handling time stated in the Listing or applicable Seller policy.

Handling time does not necessarily include carrier transit time unless expressly stated.

Failure to ship within the stated handling time may result in:

  1. Order cancellation;
  2. refund review;
  3. Buyer Protection review;
  4. payout delay;
  5. performance review;
  6. Listing restriction;
  7. Account restriction;
  8. or other Enforcement Action.

9. Tracking and Shipment Standard

Sellers must provide valid tracking where required by MRNMarket policies, category rules, Seller policy, or applicable law.

Tracking information must be accurate, current, and connected to the correct Order.

Invalid, false, reused, misleading, unrelated, or unverifiable tracking may result in:

  1. payout delay;
  2. delivery dispute;
  3. refund review;
  4. Seller performance review;
  5. Listing restriction;
  6. Account restriction;
  7. or other Enforcement Action.

10. Delivery Performance Standard

Sellers are expected to support reliable delivery by:

  1. using appropriate shipping methods;
  2. packaging Products properly;
  3. shipping to the confirmed address;
  4. complying with carrier rules;
  5. complying with customs, import, export, and restricted shipping rules;
  6. providing proof of shipment where requested;
  7. cooperating with delivery review;
  8. and responding to delivery-related issues.

Delivery performance may be evaluated based on tracking, delivery confirmation, non-delivery claims, damaged shipment claims, late shipment claims, Buyer complaints, and carrier evidence.

11. Packaging Standard

Sellers must package Products appropriately for safe delivery.

Packaging should be suitable for:

  1. Product type;
  2. Product fragility;
  3. Product value;
  4. shipping distance;
  5. carrier handling;
  6. weather exposure;
  7. customs handling;
  8. safety requirements;
  9. and applicable law.

Poor packaging that results in damage, loss, safety issues, or Buyer complaints may affect Seller performance and refund responsibility.

12. Communication Standard

Sellers must communicate honestly, professionally, and promptly.

Sellers should respond to Buyer and MRNMarket requests within reasonable timeframes or required policy deadlines.

Sellers must not:

  1. harass or threaten Buyers;
  2. provide false information;
  3. request prohibited off-platform payments;
  4. pressure Buyers to withdraw disputes;
  5. manipulate reviews;
  6. misuse Buyer Personal Data;
  7. impersonate MRNMarket;
  8. or violate the Communication Policy.

Poor or abusive communication may result in Account action.

13. Refund, Return, and Cancellation Standard

Sellers must comply with applicable refund, return, exchange, replacement, cancellation, and Buyer Protection obligations.

Sellers are expected to:

  1. provide accurate return terms;
  2. honor applicable Seller policies;
  3. comply with MRNMarket policies;
  4. respond to refund and return requests;
  5. provide return instructions where required;
  6. inspect returned Products reasonably;
  7. support refunds where required;
  8. cooperate with chargeback and dispute review;
  9. and comply with applicable law.

Failure to comply may result in refund instructions, payout review, Seller performance action, or Account enforcement.

14. Dispute and Chargeback Standard

Sellers must cooperate with dispute, Buyer Protection, refund, return, chargeback, and delivery review.

Sellers may be required to provide:

  1. shipment confirmation;
  2. tracking information;
  3. proof of delivery;
  4. Product photos;
  5. packaging evidence;
  6. inventory records;
  7. Listing records;
  8. Buyer communications;
  9. return instructions;
  10. refund position;
  11. chargeback evidence;
  12. and other relevant information.

Failure to respond or provide evidence may affect dispute outcome, payout review, Seller performance, or Account status.

15. Buyer Complaint Standard

MRNMarket may consider Buyer complaints when evaluating Seller performance.

Complaints may involve:

  1. inaccurate Listings;
  2. late shipment;
  3. non-delivery;
  4. damaged Products;
  5. wrong items;
  6. missing items;
  7. poor communication;
  8. refund issues;
  9. return issues;
  10. Product quality;
  11. suspicious activity;
  12. policy violations;
  13. or other marketplace concerns.

MRNMarket may distinguish between supported complaints, unsupported complaints, abusive complaints, and complaints caused by factors outside Seller control.

16. Review and Rating Standard

Sellers must not manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback.

Sellers must not:

  1. submit fake reviews;
  2. use fake Accounts;
  3. offer payment or benefits for positive reviews without required disclosure;
  4. pressure Buyers to change truthful reviews;
  5. retaliate against Buyers;
  6. suppress negative reviews through threats;
  7. use review swapping;
  8. engage in competitor sabotage;
  9. or otherwise manipulate feedback.

Review manipulation may result in Listing restriction, Account suspension, termination, payout review, or reporting where permitted.

17. Data Protection Standard

Sellers must protect Buyer Personal Data and use it only for permitted Platform-related purposes.

Sellers must not:

  1. use Buyer data for unrelated marketing without authorization;
  2. sell or share Buyer data;
  3. misuse addresses, phone numbers, emails, or order data;
  4. expose Personal Data;
  5. fail to protect records;
  6. or violate privacy laws or the Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy.

Data misuse may result in Account termination, reporting, legal action, or other Enforcement Action.

18. Fraud, Abuse, and Compliance Standard

Sellers must not engage in fraud, abuse, or prohibited conduct.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  1. fake Orders;
  2. fake tracking;
  3. counterfeit Listings;
  4. listing manipulation;
  5. review manipulation;
  6. payout fraud;
  7. refund abuse;
  8. chargeback manipulation;
  9. off-platform payment circumvention;
  10. sanctions evasion;
  11. AML violations;
  12. tax evasion;
  13. fake documents;
  14. hidden beneficial ownership;
  15. shell account abuse;
  16. intellectual property infringement;
  17. or other unlawful or deceptive activity.

19. Performance Metrics

MRNMarket may evaluate Seller performance using metrics such as:

  1. Order defect rate;
  2. late shipment rate;
  3. cancellation rate;
  4. valid tracking rate;
  5. delivery issue rate;
  6. refund rate;
  7. return rate;
  8. chargeback rate;
  9. dispute rate;
  10. Buyer complaint rate;
  11. response time;
  12. Listing accuracy;
  13. Product quality concerns;
  14. policy violation history;
  15. fraud indicators;
  16. and compliance status.

MRNMarket may change performance metrics, thresholds, or review methods at any time where permitted by policy and law.

20. Performance Review

MRNMarket may review Seller performance periodically, continuously, or when concerns arise.

Performance review may occur when:

  1. complaints increase;
  2. refunds increase;
  3. disputes increase;
  4. chargebacks increase;
  5. shipments are delayed;
  6. tracking is missing or invalid;
  7. Listings are inaccurate;
  8. policy violations occur;
  9. Product quality concerns arise;
  10. fraud indicators appear;
  11. verification issues arise;
  12. or compliance concerns exist.

MRNMarket may request documents, explanations, corrective action plans, or other information.

21. Corrective Action

MRNMarket may require Sellers to take corrective action, including:

  1. updating Listings;
  2. improving packaging;
  3. changing shipping methods;
  4. improving response times;
  5. providing documentation;
  6. removing non-compliant Products;
  7. improving refund or return handling;
  8. reducing cancellations;
  9. resolving Buyer complaints;
  10. completing verification;
  11. or submitting a corrective action plan.

Failure to complete corrective action may result in Enforcement Actions.

22. Enforcement Actions

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions for poor performance, policy violations, legal risk, fraud risk, or platform risk.

Enforcement Actions may include:

  1. warning;
  2. performance notice;
  3. request for information;
  4. corrective action requirement;
  5. Listing removal;
  6. Listing restriction;
  7. category restriction;
  8. ranking or visibility reduction;
  9. transaction limits;
  10. feature restrictions;
  11. communication restrictions;
  12. Order cancellation;
  13. refund instructions;
  14. payout review;
  15. payout delay, hold, reserve, offset, reversal, reduction, or denial where permitted;
  16. Account restriction;
  17. Account suspension;
  18. Account termination;
  19. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, rights owners, affected Users, or other relevant parties where permitted or required;
  20. record preservation;
  21. and other actions allowed by policy and law.

MRNMarket is not required to apply the same action in every case and may consider risk, severity, history, evidence, intent, legal obligations, operational needs, and platform integrity.

23. Appeals and Reconsideration

Where available, Sellers may request reconsideration of certain performance-related decisions.

A reconsideration request should include:

  1. Seller name;
  2. Account information;
  3. relevant Order, Listing, Transaction, or decision reference;
  4. explanation of the issue;
  5. supporting evidence;
  6. corrective actions taken;
  7. documents or communications; and
  8. requested outcome.

MRNMarket may accept, reject, modify, reverse, or uphold a decision based on available evidence, policies, risk review, legal requirements, third-party rules, and operational considerations.

MRNMarket is not required to offer appeals for every decision.

24. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide performance tools, metrics, review processes, and enforcement procedures, but MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. Seller approval;
  2. continued access;
  3. Listing visibility;
  4. ranking;
  5. sales;
  6. traffic;
  7. conversions;
  8. payout timing;
  9. dispute outcomes;
  10. refund outcomes;
  11. Buyer satisfaction;
  12. delivery success;
  13. or detection of every performance issue or policy violation.

25. Relationship With Other Policies

These Standards should be read together with:

  1. Terms & Conditions;
  2. Seller Agreement;
  3. Seller Verification Policy;
  4. Listing Policy;
  5. Prohibited Products Policy;
  6. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
  7. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
  8. Refund & Return Policy;
  9. Buyer Protection Policy;
  10. Payment & Payout Policy;
  11. Communication Policy;
  12. Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy;
  13. Acceptable Use Policy;
  14. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  15. Definitions Policy; and
  16. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If these Standards conflict with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

26. Changes to These Standards

MRNMarket may update these Seller Performance Standards from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, Seller programs, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the Seller acknowledges the updated Standards.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
