1. Purpose of This Policy

This Trust & Safety Policy explains how MRNMarket works to support safer marketplace activity, reduce fraud risk, protect Users, promote fair participation, and maintain platform integrity.

This Policy is intended to support:

  1. Buyer confidence;
  2. Seller accountability;
  3. fraud prevention;
  4. product and Listing safety;
  5. payment and payout review;
  6. delivery confirmation;
  7. dispute support;
  8. affiliate integrity;
  9. data protection;
  10. compliance monitoring;
  11. platform security; and
  12. responsible marketplace growth.

This Policy does not guarantee complete safety, fraud prevention, transaction success, delivery success, Seller performance, Product quality, refund approval, payout timing, dispute outcome, or detection of every violation.

2. MRNMarket’s Marketplace Role

MRNMarket operates primarily as a marketplace technology platform.

Unless a Product or Service is clearly identified as sold by MRNMarket Official Store, MRNMarket is generally not:

  1. the Seller;
  2. the Buyer;
  3. the manufacturer;
  4. the supplier;
  5. the warehouse operator;
  6. the carrier;
  7. the courier;
  8. the freight provider;
  9. the delivery company;
  10. the importer of record;
  11. the exporter of record;
  12. the customs broker;
  13. the Merchant of Record;
  14. a bank;
  15. a money transmitter;
  16. a licensed escrow provider;
  17. a payment processor;
  18. a financial institution;
  19. a custodian of funds;
  20. a financial adviser;
  21. a legal adviser;
  22. a tax adviser; or
  23. a party to the underlying sale contract between Buyer and independent Seller.

MRNMarket may provide platform tools, policies, verification processes, payment integrations, delivery review, dispute support, compliance tools, and enforcement systems. Providing these tools does not make MRNMarket responsible for independent Seller Products, Seller conduct, Product quality, delivery performance, carrier performance, Payment Processor outcomes, customs clearance, or user-to-user transaction outcomes, except where required by applicable law or where MRNMarket acts as Merchant of Record for MRNMarket Official Store Transactions.

3. Trust & Safety Framework

MRNMarket’s Trust & Safety framework may include:

  1. identity verification;
  2. business verification;
  3. Seller verification;
  4. Affiliate verification;
  5. KYC / KYB review;
  6. AML review;
  7. sanctions screening;
  8. transaction monitoring;
  9. payment review;
  10. payout review;
  11. delivery confirmation review;
  12. dispute review;
  13. fraud prevention tools;
  14. risk scoring systems;
  15. Listing moderation;
  16. prohibited Product review;
  17. intellectual property review;
  18. communication monitoring where permitted;
  19. account enforcement;
  20. data protection controls;
  21. and policy-based governance.

These safeguards are designed to reduce risk and support platform integrity, but they do not guarantee prevention of all fraud, abuse, unlawful activity, or policy violations.

4. User Verification and Risk Review

MRNMarket may require identity, business, tax, payment, ownership, beneficial ownership, product category, affiliate, delivery, service provider, compliance, or document review.

Verification and risk review may apply:

  1. before account approval;
  2. during onboarding;
  3. before Listing approval;
  4. before accepting Orders;
  5. before payout eligibility;
  6. before payout release;
  7. before affiliate commission approval;
  8. during disputes;
  9. when activity increases;
  10. when risk indicators arise;
  11. when Payment Processor rules require review;
  12. when legal requirements apply; or
  13. whenever MRNMarket determines review is appropriate.

Verification does not guarantee:

  1. User reliability;
  2. Seller performance;
  3. Affiliate compliance;
  4. Product quality;
  5. Product authenticity;
  6. delivery success;
  7. transaction success;
  8. legal compliance;
  9. payment success;
  10. payout success; or
  11. absence of fraud.

5. Product and Listing Safety

Sellers are responsible for ensuring that Products, Services, Listings, images, descriptions, claims, labels, documentation, shipping, and sales comply with MRNMarket policies and applicable law.

MRNMarket may review, restrict, remove, or reject Listings that appear:

  1. illegal;
  2. unsafe;
  3. counterfeit;
  4. stolen;
  5. fraudulent;
  6. deceptive;
  7. infringing;
  8. sanctioned;
  9. harmful;
  10. recalled;
  11. regulated without authorization;
  12. restricted without approval;
  13. misleading;
  14. incomplete;
  15. or otherwise prohibited.

MRNMarket does not guarantee that every Listing is reviewed, accurate, lawful, safe, compliant, authentic, or approved.

6. Payment Trust and Review

Payments, refunds, chargebacks, payouts, settlements, reserves, and related payment activities may be processed by third-party Payment Processors, banks, card networks, digital wallets, financial institutions, or other payment service providers.

MRNMarket is not a bank, money transmitter, licensed escrow provider, payment processor, financial institution, custodian of funds, or financial adviser unless expressly stated in writing.

Where permitted by applicable law and Payment Processor rules, MRNMarket may support Payment Review and Release procedures for reasons including:

  1. delivery confirmation;
  2. fraud prevention;
  3. chargeback risk;
  4. dispute review;
  5. refund review;
  6. return review;
  7. compliance review;
  8. sanctions screening;
  9. Seller performance;
  10. Buyer conduct;
  11. Affiliate fraud review;
  12. account verification;
  13. tax documentation review;
  14. legal requirements;
  15. Payment Processor requirements; or
  16. platform risk management.

Payment Review and Release or Payment Holds do not mean MRNMarket provides escrow, banking, money transmission, payment processing, custody, or financial advisory services.

7. Delivery and Order Safety

Delivery and fulfillment are generally handled by independent Sellers, Delivery Partners, carriers, couriers, postal services, freight providers, warehouse providers, or other third-party logistics providers.

MRNMarket may provide delivery confirmation review, tracking support, dispute support, and administrative tools.

Delivery may be reviewed using:

  1. tracking information;
  2. proof of delivery;
  3. signature confirmation;
  4. delivery photographs;
  5. delivery scan data;
  6. Buyer confirmation;
  7. Seller evidence;
  8. carrier records;
  9. customs records;
  10. pickup records;
  11. Platform records;
  12. communication records; or
  13. other reliable evidence.

MRNMarket does not guarantee delivery success, delivery timing, carrier performance, Seller fulfillment, customs clearance, or proof-of-delivery accuracy.

8. Buyer Protection and Dispute Support

MRNMarket may provide platform-level support for eligible Buyer issues, including:

  1. non-shipment;
  2. non-delivery;
  3. damaged Product;
  4. missing Product;
  5. wrong item;
  6. materially not as described Product;
  7. refund or return issue;
  8. delivery confirmation dispute;
  9. chargeback-related issue;
  10. or another issue covered by MRNMarket policies.

Buyer Protection and dispute review are platform-level administrative processes.

They are not:

  1. insurance;
  2. escrow;
  3. financial protection;
  4. a guaranteed refund program;
  5. court proceedings;
  6. arbitration;
  7. legal judgments;
  8. arbitral awards; or
  9. legal determinations of liability.

MRNMarket may make Platform-Level Decisions based on available evidence, Platform records, User communications, Payment Processor information, delivery evidence, applicable policies, and applicable law.

9. Seller Accountability

Sellers are responsible for:

  1. accurate Listings;
  2. lawful Products and Services;
  3. Product quality and safety;
  4. pricing and availability;
  5. fulfillment and shipping;
  6. delivery obligations;
  7. warranties and customer obligations;
  8. refunds, returns, exchanges, and cancellations where required;
  9. taxes, duties, customs, import/export obligations, and Product compliance;
  10. licenses, permits, certifications, labeling, documentation, age restrictions, and safety approvals;
  11. responding to Buyers and MRNMarket;
  12. complying with Seller Performance Standards;
  13. protecting Buyer Personal Data;
  14. cooperating with disputes, chargebacks, refunds, returns, delivery review, and compliance review;
  15. and complying with applicable policies and laws.

MRNMarket may monitor Seller performance and take action for poor performance, policy violations, fraud risk, compliance risk, or platform risk.

10. Buyer Responsibility

Buyers are responsible for:

  1. reviewing Listings before purchase;
  2. checking Product descriptions, prices, delivery terms, return terms, warranty terms, and Seller information;
  3. providing accurate delivery and payment information;
  4. complying with customs, import, export, tax, age, licensing, and legal requirements where applicable;
  5. reporting issues within applicable review periods;
  6. providing accurate evidence;
  7. returning Products where required;
  8. communicating honestly;
  9. avoiding false claims, refund abuse, return abuse, chargeback abuse, and policy circumvention;
  10. and complying with applicable policies and laws.

Buyer misuse may result in claim denial, refund denial, Account restriction, Account suspension, Account termination, chargeback response, reporting where permitted, or other Enforcement Action.

11. Affiliate Trust and Safety

Affiliates must promote MRNMarket lawfully, honestly, and transparently.

Affiliates must not engage in:

  1. fake referrals;
  2. bot traffic;
  3. cookie stuffing;
  4. forced clicks;
  5. hidden links;
  6. misleading claims;
  7. fake discounts;
  8. false urgency;
  9. undisclosed sponsored content;
  10. brand impersonation;
  11. unauthorized trademark bidding;
  12. prohibited Product promotion;
  13. data misuse;
  14. spam;
  15. phishing;
  16. or affiliate fraud.

Affiliate commissions may be denied, reversed, delayed, held, reduced, or withheld where tracking is invalid, fraud is suspected, claims are misleading, disclosure obligations are violated, refunds or chargebacks occur, verification is incomplete, tax documentation is missing, or policy requirements are not satisfied.

12. Communication Safety

Users must communicate honestly, respectfully, and only for permitted Platform-related purposes.

Users must not use MRNMarket communications for:

  1. harassment;
  2. threats;
  3. abuse;
  4. discrimination;
  5. spam;
  6. phishing;
  7. scams;
  8. malware;
  9. impersonation;
  10. prohibited off-platform payments;
  11. review manipulation;
  12. dispute manipulation;
  13. refund manipulation;
  14. chargeback manipulation;
  15. privacy violations;
  16. intellectual property violations;
  17. or other prohibited conduct.

Where permitted by law and policy, MRNMarket may monitor, review, restrict, retain, or disclose communications for fraud prevention, dispute review, support, compliance, safety, and enforcement purposes.

13. Data Protection and Privacy

MRNMarket may collect, use, store, share, and process Personal Data as described in the Privacy Policy, Cookie & Tracking Policy, Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy, Data Processing Addendum, and applicable privacy notices.

Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, and Service Providers who receive Buyer or User data must:

  1. use data only for permitted Platform-related purposes;
  2. protect data appropriately;
  3. avoid unauthorized sharing;
  4. avoid unauthorized marketing;
  5. avoid selling or misusing data;
  6. comply with privacy laws;
  7. report suspected unauthorized access where required;
  8. and comply with MRNMarket policies.

No system, platform, transmission, or storage method is completely secure, and MRNMarket does not guarantee absolute data security.

14. Prohibited Activity

Users must not use MRNMarket for:

  1. fraud;
  2. scams;
  3. counterfeit Products;
  4. prohibited Products;
  5. illegal services;
  6. stolen goods;
  7. stolen payment methods;
  8. money laundering;
  9. terrorist financing;
  10. sanctions evasion;
  11. tax evasion;
  12. identity theft;
  13. hacking;
  14. malware;
  15. harassment;
  16. exploitation;
  17. unsafe Products;
  18. intellectual property infringement;
  19. privacy violations;
  20. false delivery claims;
  21. false refund claims;
  22. chargeback abuse;
  23. review manipulation;
  24. off-platform payment circumvention;
  25. or any activity prohibited by MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

15. Monitoring, Moderation, and Enforcement

MRNMarket may use manual, automated, or third-party tools to support trust and safety review.

MRNMarket may review:

  1. Accounts;
  2. Listings;
  3. Orders;
  4. Transactions;
  5. payments;
  6. payouts;
  7. refunds;
  8. returns;
  9. chargebacks;
  10. delivery evidence;
  11. communications;
  12. affiliate activity;
  13. Seller performance;
  14. Buyer conduct;
  15. traffic sources;
  16. fraud indicators;
  17. compliance indicators;
  18. complaints;
  19. and other Platform activity.

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions where necessary or appropriate, including:

  1. warnings;
  2. requests for information;
  3. Listing removal;
  4. content removal;
  5. communication restrictions;
  6. transaction limits;
  7. payment review;
  8. payout delay or hold where permitted;
  9. refund instructions;
  10. Order cancellation;
  11. Account restriction;
  12. Account suspension;
  13. Account termination;
  14. commission denial or reversal;
  15. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, regulators, law enforcement, rights owners, affected Users, carriers, or platforms where permitted or required;
  16. record preservation;
  17. or other actions permitted by policy and law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider risk, severity, history, evidence, intent, legal obligations, third-party requirements, operational needs, and platform integrity.

16. Appeals and Reconsideration

Where available, MRNMarket may allow Users to request reconsideration of certain Platform-Level Decisions.

A reconsideration request should include:

  1. User name;
  2. Account information;
  3. relevant Order, Listing, Transaction, or decision reference;
  4. explanation of the issue;
  5. supporting evidence;
  6. corrective actions taken where applicable;
  7. documents or communications;
  8. and requested outcome.

MRNMarket may accept, reject, modify, reverse, or uphold a decision based on available evidence, policies, risk review, legal requirements, third-party rules, and operational considerations.

MRNMarket is not required to offer appeals for every decision.

17. Reporting Trust & Safety Concerns

Users may report suspected fraud, abuse, unsafe Products, prohibited Products, intellectual property violations, data misuse, harassment, scams, suspicious activity, or policy violations.

Reports should include available evidence, such as:

  1. Order number;
  2. Listing link;
  3. Account name;
  4. screenshots;
  5. messages;
  6. tracking information;
  7. payment or delivery information;
  8. description of the issue;
  9. dates and times;
  10. and other supporting information.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith reports may result in Enforcement Actions.

18. Pilot and Limited-Release Safety

MRNMarket may operate certain services under pilot, beta, limited-release, controlled-access, or testing phases.

During such periods:

  1. participation may be restricted;
  2. Seller approval may be limited;
  3. Buyer access may be limited;
  4. Product categories may be restricted;
  5. transaction values may be limited;
  6. payment review may involve manual review;
  7. delivery review may involve manual review;
  8. dispute review may involve manual review;
  9. automation may be limited;
  10. response times may vary;
  11. protections may evolve;
  12. and Platform features may be introduced, modified, restricted, suspended, or discontinued.

Pilot participation is not guaranteed.

19. No Guarantee of Complete Safety

MRNMarket may use policies, tools, verification, monitoring, moderation, compliance review, dispute support, and enforcement procedures to support trust and safety.

However, MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. complete fraud prevention;
  2. complete detection of violations;
  3. complete removal of unsafe or prohibited Products;
  4. uninterrupted Platform access;
  5. error-free Platform operation;
  6. Seller performance;
  7. Buyer conduct;
  8. Affiliate compliance;
  9. delivery success;
  10. payment success;
  11. payout timing;
  12. refund approval;
  13. dispute outcomes;
  14. chargeback outcomes;
  15. data security;
  16. third-party service performance; or
  17. legal compliance by every User.

Users remain responsible for their own conduct, decisions, Products, Services, Listings, communications, payments, shipments, data handling, and legal compliance.

20. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  4. Cookie & Tracking Policy;
  5. Acceptable Use Policy;

  7. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  8. Buyer Agreement;

  10. Buyer Protection Policy;
  11. Seller Agreement;
  12. Seller Verification Policy;
  13. Listing Policy;
  14. Prohibited Products Policy;
  15. Shipping & Delivery Policy;
  16. Delivery Confirmation Policy;
  17. Refund & Return Policy;
  18. Payment & Payout Policy;
  19. Payment Review and Release Policy;
  20. Communication Policy;
  21. Intellectual Property Policy;
  22. DMCA / IP Takedown Policy;
  23. Data Processing Addendum;
  24. Affiliate Agreement;
  25. Affiliate Policy;
  26. Affiliate Brand Usage Policy;
  27. Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines;
  28. Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy;
  29. Affiliate Payout & Tax Policy;
  30. Affiliate Verification Policy;
  31. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy; and
  32. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Trust & Safety Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

21. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Trust & Safety Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, applicable law, safety practices, fraud risks, Payment Processor requirements, marketplace practices, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
