1. Purpose of This Policy

This Communication Policy explains the rules for communications made through or in connection with MRNMarket, including communications between Users, communications with MRNMarket, order-related messages, support messages, dispute communications, affiliate communications, seller communications, delivery communications, and other Platform-related communications.

This Policy is intended to support:

  1. safe and respectful communication;
  2. fraud prevention;
  3. dispute review;
  4. buyer and seller accountability;
  5. data protection;
  6. platform integrity;
  7. lawful marketplace activity; and
  8. consistent enforcement of communication rules.

This Policy applies to all Users, including Buyers, Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, Service Providers, visitors, business partners, and anyone who communicates through or in connection with the Platform.

2. Communication Channels

MRNMarket may provide or support communication through:

  1. Platform messaging tools;
  2. account dashboards;
  3. order pages;
  4. support tickets;
  5. email;
  6. SMS or messaging tools where enabled;
  7. push notifications where enabled;
  8. dispute tools;
  9. delivery tools;
  10. affiliate tools;
  11. verification tools;
  12. customer support channels;
  13. legal notices;
  14. and other approved communication channels.

MRNMarket may require certain communications to occur through approved Platform channels, especially communications involving Orders, refunds, returns, disputes, delivery, payment review, seller support, buyer support, or affiliate matters.

3. General Communication Standards

Users must communicate honestly, respectfully, lawfully, and only for permitted Platform-related purposes.

Users must not use MRNMarket communications to:

  1. mislead or deceive;
  2. commit fraud;
  3. harass, threaten, abuse, intimidate, or exploit others;
  4. discriminate against others;
  5. send spam, phishing, scams, malware, or harmful links;
  6. request prohibited off-platform payments;
  7. bypass Platform rules;
  8. manipulate reviews, ratings, disputes, refunds, returns, chargebacks, payouts, or commissions;
  9. misuse Personal Data;
  10. impersonate MRNMarket or another person;
  11. promote prohibited Products or Services;
  12. violate intellectual property rights;
  13. violate privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights;
  14. pressure another User to violate policy;
  15. interfere with investigations or disputes;
  16. or violate MRNMarket policies or applicable law.

4. Order-Related Communications

Order-related communications should be accurate, relevant, and conducted through approved MRNMarket channels where required.

Order-related communications may include:

  1. questions about Products or Services;
  2. shipping updates;
  3. delivery information;
  4. return instructions;
  5. refund requests;
  6. replacement requests;
  7. cancellation requests;
  8. dispute communications;
  9. Seller responses;
  10. Buyer responses;
  11. delivery partner communications;
  12. support communications; and
  13. other Order-related matters.

Users must not use order-related communications to:

  1. request off-platform payments where prohibited;
  2. change terms outside the Platform where prohibited;
  3. provide false shipment or delivery information;
  4. pressure Users to close disputes without resolution;
  5. pressure Buyers to change reviews;
  6. harass or threaten;
  7. avoid MRNMarket fees;
  8. manipulate payment or payout review;
  9. or bypass Buyer Protection, refund, return, or dispute procedures.

5. Off-Platform Communications and Transactions

MRNMarket may restrict or prohibit off-platform communications or transactions where necessary to protect Users, prevent fraud, enforce policies, comply with law, or maintain platform integrity.

Users must not use MRNMarket communication tools to request, encourage, or complete prohibited off-platform payments, purchases, sales, refunds, returns, delivery arrangements, commissions, or disputes.

Transactions conducted outside MRNMarket may not be eligible for Buyer Protection, dispute review, refund review, return review, payout support, delivery confirmation review, or platform-level assistance.

MRNMarket is not responsible for off-platform communications, private arrangements, external links, direct payments, or transactions not recorded in MRNMarket systems.

6. Prohibited Communications

Users must not send, post, upload, transmit, or support communications that are:

  1. false;
  2. misleading;
  3. fraudulent;
  4. deceptive;
  5. abusive;
  6. harassing;
  7. threatening;
  8. hateful;
  9. discriminatory;
  10. defamatory;
  11. obscene;
  12. sexually exploitative;
  13. violent;
  14. extremist;
  15. illegal;
  16. spam;
  17. phishing;
  18. scam-related;
  19. malware-related;
  20. impersonating another person or entity;
  21. infringing;
  22. privacy-violating;
  23. confidential-information-violating;
  24. related to prohibited Products or Services;
  25. related to illegal activity;
  26. intended to manipulate Platform systems;
  27. intended to bypass MRNMarket policies;
  28. or otherwise harmful or prohibited.

7. Harassment, Threats, and Abuse

Users must not harass, threaten, intimidate, abuse, exploit, stalk, dox, blackmail, extort, or target another User, MRNMarket staff member, Delivery Partner, Service Provider, Seller, Buyer, Affiliate, or third party.

Prohibited conduct includes:

  1. threats of violence;
  2. threats of legal action made in bad faith or for harassment;
  3. threats to damage reputation;
  4. abusive or degrading language;
  5. repeated unwanted messages;
  6. discriminatory remarks;
  7. sexual harassment;
  8. coercion;
  9. extortion;
  10. blackmail;
  11. doxing;
  12. revenge threats;
  13. intimidation to force refunds, reviews, payments, returns, or dispute outcomes;
  14. and other abusive conduct.

MRNMarket may restrict communications, suspend Accounts, terminate Accounts, preserve records, or report conduct where permitted or required by law.

8. Spam, Phishing, Scams, and Malware

Users must not send or support:

  1. spam;
  2. unsolicited commercial messages;
  3. mass messages;
  4. phishing attempts;
  5. fake support messages;
  6. fake payment requests;
  7. fake verification requests;
  8. scam links;
  9. malware;
  10. viruses;
  11. spyware;
  12. ransomware;
  13. harmful attachments;
  14. credential theft attempts;
  15. fake promotions;
  16. fake affiliate offers;
  17. fake shipping links;
  18. or other malicious communications.

MRNMarket may block, remove, restrict, or report harmful communications and may take Enforcement Actions against responsible Users.


9. Payment and Refund Communications

Users must not use communications to manipulate or abuse payments, payouts, refunds, returns, chargebacks, disputes, or commissions.

Prohibited payment-related communications include:

  1. requesting prohibited off-platform payments;
  2. asking Users to misrepresent payment status;
  3. asking Buyers to withdraw valid disputes without resolution;
  4. threatening Sellers for refunds outside policy;
  5. instructing Users to make false chargebacks;
  6. offering compensation for false claims;
  7. manipulating payout release;
  8. concealing refund obligations;
  9. requesting payment through unauthorized channels;
  10. or bypassing Payment Processor rules or MRNMarket policies.

10. Review and Rating Communications

Users must not manipulate reviews, ratings, or feedback.

Prohibited communications include:

  1. asking for fake reviews;
  2. offering payment or benefits for positive reviews without required disclosure;
  3. threatening negative reviews unless demands are met;
  4. pressuring Users to remove truthful reviews;
  5. retaliating against Buyers for reviews;
  6. review swapping;
  7. competitor sabotage;
  8. using fake Accounts to influence ratings;
  9. or otherwise manipulating feedback systems.

11. Affiliate and Promotional Communications

Affiliates and promotional partners must comply with the Affiliate Agreement, Affiliate Brand Usage Policy, Affiliate Disclosure Guidelines, Affiliate Fraud & Abuse Policy, and applicable advertising laws.

Affiliate communications must not:

  1. make false or misleading claims;
  2. misrepresent affiliation with MRNMarket;
  3. misuse MRNMarket branding;
  4. hide required disclosures;
  5. promote prohibited Products or Services;
  6. use spam, phishing, or deceptive links;
  7. use fake urgency or fake pricing claims;
  8. misrepresent commissions or rewards;
  9. target prohibited audiences or jurisdictions;
  10. or violate consumer protection, advertising, privacy, or platform rules.

12. Personal Data and Confidential Information

Users must not use communications to request, share, sell, misuse, or expose Personal Data or Confidential Information without authorization or legal basis.

Users must not share:

  1. government identification;
  2. payment card information;
  3. bank account details;
  4. passwords;
  5. login credentials;
  6. tax identification numbers;
  7. private addresses where not required;
  8. medical information;
  9. biometric information;
  10. confidential business information;
  11. trade secrets;
  12. or other sensitive information unless required and permitted for legitimate Platform-related purposes.

Sellers, Affiliates, Delivery Partners, and Service Providers must handle Buyer and User information according to the Privacy Policy, Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy, and applicable privacy laws.

13. MRNMarket Communications to Users

MRNMarket may communicate with Users regarding:

  1. account notices;
  2. legal notices;
  3. policy updates;
  4. order updates;
  5. transaction messages;
  6. payment or payout review;
  7. verification requests;
  8. refund and return review;
  9. dispute review;
  10. delivery updates;
  11. security alerts;
  12. fraud prevention;
  13. customer support;
  14. affiliate program updates;
  15. seller program updates;
  16. marketing where permitted;
  17. and other Platform-related matters.

Users agree to receive electronic communications as described in the Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policy, and applicable policies.

Users are responsible for keeping contact information accurate and current.

14. Communication Monitoring and Review

Where permitted by applicable law and MRNMarket policies, MRNMarket may monitor, access, review, retain, moderate, restrict, or disclose communications for purposes including:

  1. operating the Platform;
  2. providing support;
  3. resolving disputes;
  4. reviewing refunds and returns;
  5. confirming delivery;
  6. preventing fraud;
  7. detecting abuse;
  8. enforcing policies;
  9. protecting Users;
  10. protecting MRNMarket;
  11. complying with law;
  12. cooperating with regulators or law enforcement;
  13. responding to Payment Processor, bank, card network, carrier, or legal requirements;
  14. and maintaining platform integrity.

MRNMarket is not required to monitor every communication and does not guarantee detection or prevention of all harmful, prohibited, false, or abusive communications.

15. Record Retention

MRNMarket may retain communications and related records for as long as necessary for:

  1. Platform operations;
  2. support;
  3. account management;
  4. dispute review;
  5. refund and return review;
  6. payment and payout review;
  7. fraud prevention;
  8. compliance review;
  9. legal obligations;
  10. enforcement;
  11. tax or accounting needs;
  12. regulatory requirements;
  13. and legal claims.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of communication, User role, legal requirements, disputes, risk, and business needs.

16. Reporting Communication Violations

Users may report abusive, fraudulent, suspicious, misleading, or prohibited communications to MRNMarket.

Reports should include available evidence, such as:

  1. message screenshots;
  2. Usernames or Account information;
  3. Order numbers;
  4. Listing links;
  5. dates and times;
  6. contact information used;
  7. descriptions of the issue;
  8. attachments or links;
  9. and any other relevant evidence.

False, misleading, abusive, or bad-faith reports may result in Enforcement Actions.

17. Enforcement

MRNMarket may take Enforcement Actions for violations of this Policy.

Enforcement Actions may include:

  1. warning;
  2. message removal;
  3. content removal;
  4. communication restriction;
  5. feature restriction;
  6. Listing restriction;
  7. Order cancellation;
  8. dispute review;
  9. refund review;
  10. payout review;
  11. affiliate commission review;
  12. Account restriction;
  13. Account suspension;
  14. Account termination;
  15. reporting to Payment Processors, banks, card networks, carriers, regulators, law enforcement, affected Users, rights owners, or other relevant parties where permitted or required;
  16. record preservation;
  17. and other actions permitted by policy and law.

MRNMarket is not required to take the same action in every case and may consider severity, risk, history, evidence, intent, legal requirements, third-party requirements, and platform integrity.

18. No Guarantee

MRNMarket may provide communication tools, support channels, monitoring, moderation, and enforcement processes.

However, MRNMarket does not guarantee:

  1. uninterrupted communication tools;
  2. delivery of every message;
  3. review of every communication;
  4. detection of every harmful message;
  5. prevention of every scam or fraud attempt;
  6. resolution of every communication dispute;
  7. or removal of every prohibited communication.

Users remain responsible for their own communications and conduct.

19. Relationship With Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

  1. Terms & Conditions;
  2. Buyer Agreement;
  3. Seller Agreement;
  4. Affiliate Agreement;
  5. Acceptable Use Policy;
  6. Privacy Policy;
  7. Seller Privacy / Buyer Data Handling Policy;
  8. Refund & Return Policy;
  9. Payment & Payout Policy;
  10. Buyer Protection Policy;
  11. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration Policy;
  12. Platform Rules & Governance Policy;
  13. Definitions Policy; and
  14. other applicable MRNMarket policies.

If this Policy conflicts with the Terms & Conditions or another controlling MRNMarket policy, the controlling policy will apply, subject to rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

20. Changes to This Policy

MRNMarket may update this Communication Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Platform, communication tools, applicable law, marketplace practices, fraud risks, risk controls, operational needs, or other policies.

Updated versions will be published on the Platform with a revised effective date or last updated date.

Continued use of the Platform after updates are published means the User acknowledges the updated Policy.

Where required by law, MRNMarket may provide additional notice or request consent for material changes.
