MRNMarket is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, terms, or policies of third-party websites or services.

20. Automated Tools and Risk Review

MRNMarket may use automated or semi-automated tools to support fraud prevention, risk review, security, payment review, compliance screening, account review, seller performance review, affiliate abuse prevention, and platform integrity.

These tools may help flag suspicious activity, but MRNMarket may also use manual review where appropriate.

Automated or risk-based review does not guarantee fraud prevention, account safety, seller performance, delivery success, transaction success, or legal compliance.

21. Do Not Track

Some browsers may send “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no uniform industry standard for responding to such signals, MRNMarket may not respond to Do Not Track signals unless required by applicable law.

Where required by law, MRNMarket will honor applicable opt-out preference signals or similar mechanisms.

If this Privacy Policy conflicts with a more specific privacy notice, data processing agreement, or legally required disclosure, the more specific or legally required document will control for that issue.

Nothing in this Privacy Policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
